Payment Policy

First Payment: Pay 30% of the total project cost before starting work.
Final Payment: Pay 70% of the remaining total project cost after the project is fully delivered.
Payment Methods: By payment methods mentioned in the invoice such as bank transfer or PayPal only.


Cancellation Policy

  • In the event that the project is cancelled by the client after work on the project has started, the First payment will be retained and will not be refunded.
  • In the event that the project is cancelled by the project implementer (programmer), all amounts due to the client will be refunded.

Modification Policy

Free Modifications: Only 3 free modifications for 16 days after the project is fully delivered. After exhausting the free modifications, an additional cost will be agreed upon for each modification.
Free modifications include:

  • Changing the colors or fonts used.
  • Modifying images or replacing them with other available images.
  • Changing texts and written content within pages.
  • Adding or deleting small elements such as icons or buttons.
  • Improving design compatibility with different devices (such as smartphones and tablets).
  • Minor modifications to the page layout, such as rearranging elements or modifying edges and spaces.
  • Correcting programming errors that appear after delivery.

New additions include (additional cost):

  • Creating new pages that were not initially agreed upon.
  • A complete change to the visual identity within the site, such as changing the brand name.
  • Developing a special design for new drop-down menus or pop-ups.
  • Anything else is considered a fundamental change to the project and another cost is calculated.
